This is to remind that on-site registration for Spring'15 is between January 11th and 25th.

We also want to kindly remind that there is a presentation and Q/A session about CSA AMC 8 Math and CSA Competition Math. The presentation will start at 2:00 PM on the 11th, tomorrow.

New Year's Greetings!

Starting from Spring'2015, we are offering a new Math program "AMC 8 and Beyond".

The Teacher: Hongyu Yue, EE PhD.
Dr. Yue is an experienced and successful AMC teacher. His students have achieved excellent scores both AMC 8 and AMC 10: MA state #1 in 2014 Grade 5th AMC 8 (most likely #1 nationwide), TX state #1 in 2013 AMC 10, to name a couple.

The Time and Hours:
Sundays when CSA operates and each class will be 90 minutes

Tuition and Materials Fee:
$420 for 14 classes in Spring'15 semester.

Dear CSA Friends and Families,

While it was a heavy raining night, it certainly did not stop more than 1100 attendees for the very 1st Andover Asian Culture and Arts Nights on the 6th.

Thanks to the beautiful performances from Bright Pearl Dance, the fun and sometime 'serious' performances of CSA kids, and the professional directing from Joanna Zhou, we hope everyone had a wonderful evening and thoroughly enjoyed the terrific show.

And, like all CSA participated events, it is impossible without the extra time and effort from many volunteers in our community.

CSA & Bright Pearl Dance

This powerful workshop content keeps in mind the saying, “It’s not what you make but what you keep that’s important.” With this thought in mind…
•We review what drives tax rates and the future implications of possible tax increases to the financial plan.
•How is your money being taxed today, and how may it be taxed in the future?
•Diversification, which may include asset allocation, risk tolerance, liquidity needs, and tax liability will be discussed.
•Several models for structuring financial portfolios will be introduced, as well as effective ideas for tax reduction.

As you are aware of, this coming Sunday, the 23rd, from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM, we are going to have the 1st altogether rehearsal for singing Mo Li Hua (茉莉花) and Sing & Smile (歌声与欢笑) for the Andover Culture Night. The Kids Fashion show will also rehearsal the same time period.

PLEASE NOTE, this is the only time we are going to collect each participant's name - in order to have each name to be printed on the show program.

Due to facility conflict, CSA will have no school on the coming Sunday, November 2nd.

Dear CSA Families,

We will have trick or treating on the coming Sunday, the 26th.

Teachers will take the students to the cafeteria. The students will need to say at least one Chinese word to get a treat.

The schedule is:
1:45-1:55 for Pre-K and K
2:00-2:10 for 1st grade
2:15-2:25 for 2nd grade
2:30-2:40 for 3rd grade
2:45-2:55 for 4th and 5th grade
3:00-3:30 for 6th grade and up

Waring a costume is required but are welcome.
